United States:

• Free delivery for all orders over $20 .
• For orders under $20, a shipping charge of $0.99 will be applied.
• The price of the product does not include tax.

Shipping and Delivery Times

1. Order Preparation
   Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Order deadline 16:00(UTC/GMT+1).

   (excluding weekends and public holidays), except in exceptional circumstances.

2. Delivery time
   Products will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days from the date the customer confirms their order. This time includes order preparation and delivery time. This time is for reference only and actual delivery time may vary depending on product inventory availability.

3. Delay in delivery
   If the delivery time is exceeded, this will not result in cancellation of the order or compensation on our part.

Liability for Delivery Problems

1. Force Majeure and Transportation Issues
   In the event of force majeure or issues related to transportation services or the post office, alisonoai.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

2. Delivery address
   The products will be shipped to the address indicated when ordering. The transfer of transport risks occurs upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Delivery to a Collective Address

If delivery takes place to a collective address (e.g., company, hospital, collective residence), alisonoai.com considers delivery as completed as soon as the package is delivered to the indicated delivery address, even if a third party receives the package.

In Case of Absence of the Recipient

1. Notice of passage
   In the event of the recipient's absence, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address with instructions for collecting the package. The package must be collected within the time specified by the carrier.

2. Collection of the package
   It is recommended to collect the package within 24 working hours following the delivery notice, with the delivery notice and proof of identity.

3. Failure to collect the package
   If the package is not collected within this time, the delivery will be considered successful and no reshipment or refund will be made. Alisonoai.com cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product if the package is not collected within the time limit.

Delivery to Public or Private Establishments

1. Delivery to an establishment
   If delivery is made to an establishment (hospital, business, clinic, retirement home, etc.) and the package cannot be delivered directly to the recipient, delivery will be considered complete as soon as the package is handed over to the reception or goods reception department of the establishment.

2. Refusal of receipt
   It is your responsibility to verify that the establishment accepts receipt of packages. If the establishment refuses receipt, delivery will be considered complete and no reshipment or refund can be requested.
